  • Ensure that team members develop behavioural skills from the Professional Selling Skills training – guiding the team in identifying and building relationships with Lead Generation Networks and helping the team to make effective Proactive Calls and increase conversion ratios
  • Help them to conduct structured one-on-one Meetings and productive team Meetings
  • Enable them to effectively coach team members on how to conduct effective sales interviews
  • Ensure that they effectively monitor team’s Sales Pipeline
