Terms of Service | KT Training Solutions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KT Training Solutions website and corporate training portal (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KT Training Solutions provides online and in-person leadership, sales, and customer service training programs. Our Service includes a corporate training portal with course content, quizzes, assessments, certificates, and team management tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, quizzes, worksheets, and other resources provided through the Service are the intellectual property of KT Training Solutions and its licensors, including materials based on John Maxwell's leadership principles (used under license).

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission. Course access is granted for your personal or authorized organizational use only.

5. Payment Terms

Certain courses and features require payment. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes.

Individual course purchases provide lifetime access to that course.
Corporate subscriptions are billed annually and auto-renew unless cancelled.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

6. Corporate Accounts

Organizations purchasing corporate plans are responsible for managing their team members' access. The designated HR administrator can invite, remove, and manage users within the organization's allocated seats.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting course requirements (lesson completion and passing the final assessment). Certificates include a unique verification ID and may be shared publicly. Misrepresentation of certificate credentials is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Record, download, or redistribute course videos
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

KT Training Solutions provides the Service “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of content. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kingston, Jamaica.
