This workshop focuses on developing key skills and competencies through interactive learning, practical exercises, and real-world application. Sales Leaders will be able to master Sales Management Routines which will:
- Ensure that team members develop behavioural skills from the Professional Selling Skills training – guiding the team in identifying and building relationships with Lead Generation Networks and helping the team to make effective Proactive Calls and increase conversion ratios
- Help them to conduct structured one-on-one Meetings and productive team Meetings
- Enable them to effectively coach team members on how to conduct effective sales interviews
- Ensure that they effectively monitor team’s Sales Pipeline
