Attitude is an inward feeling expressed by outward behaviour, because we project on the outside what we feel inside. Our attitude is the main thing that will make a difference in our lives.
Many of the factors that have come together to shape our attitudes were set in motion in our past. From natural temperament, to upbringing, to the influence of family and friends, a variety of forces shape our attitude.
But what forms and sustains our attitude most today as adults are our thoughts, our self-image, and how we view ourselves. Every thought we have shapes our lives. Thoughts create Emotions, and Emotions create Action. The sum of all our thoughts therefore comprises our overall attitude and our success in life.
