How We Price Our Services
All services are priced based on three key factors to ensure you receive fair, customized pricing for your specific needs.

The length of each Workshop, Masterclass, or Service
Number of Participants
The size of your group affects the overall cost
Delivery Method
Whether training is provided in person or online
Multi-Workshop Discount
A discount is offered to clients who book more than 3 Workshops with KT Training Solutions. Please note that no discounts are offered for Masterclasses/Webinars (short courses).
Payment Process
Discovery Meeting
Schedule a meeting to discuss your training needs
Proposal & Invoice
Receive a detailed proposal with costs and invoice for payment
50% Deposit
Pay deposit no later than one week prior to training start
Balance Payment
Pay remaining balance within 5 working days after completion

After Payment
- Email confirmation of deposit or transfer made should be provided
- Upon receipt of deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with details
Important Payment Deadlines
- 150% deposit required no later than one week prior to the start of each Workshop, Masterclass, or Service
- 2Balance due no later than 5 working days after completion of the training
